Hi, I’m Sharon, and aside from my love of wellbeing and fitness, I am a Mom to two busy teenagers.I discovered exercise 10 years ago when I decided it was time to stop feeling tired, fat, and frumpy.
I fell in love with how great I felt after a workout. Over the years I was blessed to train with some of the best coaches and seeing how they worked and how they helped people well it inspired me to want to do the same.
I studied Group Fitness Instruction with ACE Fitness & since then have been teaching classes here at HQ and love every minute of it, including a TEEN Spin Class every Monday.
More recently I’ve gone on to qualify as an EQF Level 4 Personal Trainer, Boxfit Instructor and a CF-L1 Crossfit Instructor.
To me exercise is about empowerment, pushing yourself just a little outside your comfort zone trains the mind as well as the body which boosts your confidence and your general feeling of wellbeing.
I always look forward to meeting and working with new people here at HQ and feel that my experience in health, fitness and life in general gives me a greater understanding in helping clients achieve their goals.
