Jack is our Youth Coordinator and he also runs a weekly spin class and H.I.I.T class

Jack himself is a great ambassador for youth with his positive attitude.

Being diagnosed with autism as an adult has given him a greater understanding of who he is.

When he was younger he found it hard to accept himself but now a lot has been pieced together from his diagnosis.

Jack wants to show that anything is possible, he wants to continue learning and growing as a person and use this to help others.

He is in HQ every evening and at this stage knows everybody’s name and he always has a smile and a warm greeting for everyone he meets.
